Choosing What Works for You

The quotes we send by default are for our Tailored Service, designed for a seamless experience. Opting for Flexible Service can lead to potential savings. Here are the primary distinctions between the service types:

Tailored Service:

  • Direct communication with us until delivery often protects customers from unexpected issues or changes. Even if issues arise, customers are usually unaware of them due to our proactive handling. Communication with the driver/carrier is not necessary and is unlikely to occur at any point of the process.
  • Guaranteed specific weekday pickup with optional weekends. Due to the guaranteed pickup on a specific weekday, customers can make travel and other arrangements with peace of mind, knowing exactly when their car will be picked up.
  • Door-to-door service with alternative solutions for when access is restricted.
  • Delivery date assured with compensation for any delays, including covering rental car costs or deducting from the balance if not delivered by the latest date.

Flexible Service:

  • Communication primarily with the carrier/driver, rather than directly with us, may result in schedule changes or delays, necessitating flexibility from the customer.
  • Your vehicle may be picked up within 5 days of the first available pickup date.
  • Meeting the driver for pickup and/or delivery within a 10-mile radius may be necessary.
  • Delivery accuracy may extend up to 5 days beyond the latest expected delivery date before car rental fees are paid or deductions from the balance are made.
